Geochemical Characteristics Of The Trace Elements And Heavy Metals In The Sequences In Gachsaran Formation, West Of Iran

In the present study, geochemical characteristics of sequences Gachsaran Formation, located in west Kermanshah province, Iran - Iraq border zones, were studied. order to determine concentration elements, XRF and ICP-mass techniques employed, XRD technique was used identify mineralogical composition finally, evaluation level pollution caused by these elements carried out using statistical index software. The results illuminated that concentrations CaO, MgO, TiO2, two i.e., Cd Sb higher than their mean values earth’s crust. Based on CF index, with 1.52 2 show moderate contamination. Enrichment factor (EF) revealed contamination for Cs (2.46), Ga (3.86), Rb (2) Ti (2.35). This showed high anthropogenic origin (8), (10.41), U (11.26) (13.43). correlation between indicated presence positive significant Cs, Hf, La, Nb, Nd, Rb, Sc, Sm, Ta, Tb, Th, Tl, W, Y, Yb, Zr. There no none elements. Three Sb, U, a negative most studied According cluster analysis, three separate groups obtained so each Fe classified as highest difference comparison other Principal Component Analysis (PCA), effect related Zr, first Component, second component third component.
